Challenge

Our experienced marketing team were tasked with creating staff rewards and incentives campaigns, and also customer retention programmes

Solution

Staff rewards:

We identified a great opportunity to enhance a feeling of team bonding by means of a fun Gala trip to venice for staff.

All staff were invited to create their online WeeMee character and chart their progress to securing a seat on the privately chartered plane to Venice.

From senior management to the humble salesperson, staff loved the fun engagement process and incentive to succeed.  The VIP gala event in Venice was a huge success.

Customer Retention:

We devised and developed a smart customer retention system to offer great deals and free tickets to events at venues accross the UK. This proved to be a great tool for staff to use for means of customer retention.
