In the gaming industry, customer recruitment and retention are continuous challenges.
The Adapt Mktg team was asked to encourage loyalty across a broad range of customers, including provision for VIP services.
We developed the concept of Club Collective, a flexible multi-tiered rewards app, designed to reward loyalty throughout the entire customer database.
A simple-to use app was designed to provide a tailored selection of offers to signed up clients, based upon customer net-worth.
Club membership was open to all existing customers and a a range of offers, from free tickets and event hospitality invitations to airport transfers and gifting opportunities would be available. Tiering was based upon criteria selected by the client, and controlled via API calls.
In order to facilitate all customers, clients on Tier 1 would be offered a tailored offering suitable to spend, whilst Tier 7 would be a VIP offering with a built in concierge service.
Adapt Mktg have created a protype app which uses client APIs to offer customers personalised rewards, event invitations, and promotional discounts.
